  23.     The best we can offer is different coloring for
  24. underlining/underscoring. That's command SET TERM COLOR UNDERSCORE digits
  25. just like SET TERM COLOR digits. Bold is the opposite of "normal" and is
  26. strictly an intensity affair in MSK as it is on real DEC terminals. Reverse
  27. is reverse.
